It is excellent as an aperitif when young. Hot pot with truffles, pan-fried foie gras, crab "à l'americaine", brandade of cod with truffles, veal cutlets with a mushroom sauce, Roquefort cheese.

 TASTING NOTE:

The nose is complex showing aromas of flowers from the vines combined with honey and with a hint of subtle wood very well integrated. The palate is rich and elegant, with notes of violet flowers combined with fresh minerality and finishing very long.
