FOOD MATCHING NOTE:

Excellent with roast and not aromatic cheeses, it can also be appreciated as a meditation wine. Serving temperature of 16-18°C is advised.

TASTING NOTE:

The Cecchi Vino Nobile has a very intense ruby red colour tending towards garnet with a age and the aroma has a distinct perfume of sweet violets. The alcohol content makes the aromatic sensation ethereal and prolonged. In the mouth, the Vino Nobile is dry, lightly tannic which hints of vanilla and is beautifully balanced with a deep structure.
