TASTING NOTE: 

This Shiraz is another dark, rich wine in the 

Skillogalee tradition, with intense colour and 

powerful, warm aromas and flavours. On the nose 

and the palate there are berryfruit and plum 

characters and hints of eucalyptus or mint can 

sometimes be found. Tannin structure is fine but 

firm and there is a good level of natural acidity.
