It’s a perfect partner to light starters, roast partridge, rack of hare, Peking duck and meaty fish. Serve cold, 16°C. 

TASTING NOTE:

Brilliant medium ruby with a fresh fruity nose, aromatic with hints of currants and black cherries. Medium-bodied round with soft tannins and ripe berry flavours supported by refreshing palate-lifting acidity. A stylish and elegant wine rather than full-bodied ad muscular.
