Fino Dos Palmas is an 8 year-old, limited-production, dry sherry carefully selected from just two casks of fino still ageing under a layer of flor. It is bottled without filtration or clarification.”

Deeper and more complex on the nose, with sea-salt and spice notes coming through alongside the classically vibrant citrus and almond fino characters. Stonily mineral on the palate, with a smoky, lapsang souchong nuance to the lemon peel fruit core. Toasted hazelnut, wet stone and driftwood notes give this a savoury, intensely lingering finish.
