Jerez, Fino Tres Palmas

Fino Tres Palmas is a fine and rare 10 year-old sherry, a single cask was selected that still retains a thin veil of flor after a decade in the cellar. It is bottled without filtration or clarification.”

Bright amber in the glass. The nose is vibrant and intense, with citrus rind characters rising over roasted hazelnut and woodsmoke notes. Concentrated and vibrant on the palate, this is still classically fino in nature, with notes of almond and green olive. Rich, preserved lemon, crushed pine needle and cinnamon nuances come through on the finish, which is very long and attractive.
