Jerez, Fino Una Palmas

Fino Una Palma is a 6 year-old, limited-production, dry sherry carefully selected from just four casks of fino still maintaining a good layer of flor. It is bottled without filtration or clarification.

Bright and pale in the glass and crisply citrus on the nose, with savoury, toasted characters alongside. The palate is intensely concentrated, with vibrant acidity balancing salted almond and green olive characters. There is a punch of bright lemon to the finish. Elegant and refined, with a fine mineral vein, this would be ideal with tapas dishes, as well as making a perfect apéritif.
