Made from a blend of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc aged for 12 months in French oak. This elegant wine exhibits very attractive aromas of plum, coffee and touches of caramel on the nose, intermixed with mocha and black cherry of this chunky and fleshy wine. Soft and round on the palate with good acidity, density and freshness. The 3 key words are: fleshy, well balanced and sensual. There is good glycerin, purity and overall character to this wine, which can be drunk over the next decade. A balanced, harmonious wine to be enjoyed on any occasion and with perfectly pairs with Sunday lunch, steak, stews and hard cheese.
