TASTING NOTE: 

 The wine is a dark cherry red with violet hues. An elegant yet mature nose with black and acidic red fruits (raspberries and ripe fruits of the forest), sweet spices (nutmeg, clove and vanilla), cedar and light roasted wood aromas intertwined with liquorice. On the palate, it is fleshy, silky with a well structured balance. A refreshing acidity gives the wine a long length with mature tannins, which in time will become smoother. A long lingering wine with matching flavours and aromas which come together with a perfect finesse.
