FOOD MATCHING NOTE:

-      A duck breast roasted on the skin and accompanied by a drop of black cherries with juice and a round of green cabbage. A shoulder of lamb candied gently served alongside a beautiful Provencal tian. As we age, this wine will lose its spirit and give pride of place to good preparations of sweetbreads or Rognon.

TASTING NOTE:

Colour: The wine has beautiful purple tears in the glass. The dress is bright and shiny. Nose: The first sensation on the nose is marked by an impression of fresh grape juice, cherry or redcover. Then delicate spicy notes appear, a hint of cloves or even leather. A very elegant nose. Mouth: the mouth is of a large scale. The wine takes its place with delicacy on tannins present, ripe and coated. The finish is slender and leaves a feeling of freshness in the mouth.
