FOOD MATCHING NOTE:

A marvellous companion to vegetable and smoked flavors, such as those of wild mushrooms and truffles. Combines nicely with subtly spiced dishes and unsmoked, medium-cured soft cheeses.

TASTING NOTE:

This wine is pale ruby red in colour, with darker highlights. On the nose, there are light, delicate aromas of raspberries, bramble, cherry jam and cracked red pepper. On the palate, it has flavours of crushed cranberries, fennel seed and coriander. It has a crisp and refreshing acidity with a long and lingering finish.
