The Trimbach classic Riesling is dry, elegant and restrained, with a deliciously food-friendly bite. In Alsace this edge is what goes so well with, and cuts straight through, the local cuisine. Goose, sauerkraut ans onion quiche are the watchwords here. Moving out of Alsace, it would be ideal with  rich fish dishes, rice, pork and modern oriental food from sushi to light curries.

Elegant and classic with grapefruit and white peach on the nose fully integrated into a food-friendly structure. The drivers are minerality and a crisp lemony acid backbone leading into a long finish.
