Goes well with simply grilled fish , especially oily fish such as sardines and mackerel. They also go well with fried fish like goujons, whitebait and fish and chips and with simply grilled chicken or lamb (without a powerful marinade). 

TASTING NOTE: 

La Flor Sauvignon Blanc has a yellow color with green hues, great aromatic intensity with notes of citrus (lemon and lime), and tropical fruits, like pineapple. A marked acidity highlights the wine’s freshness; it has a good presence on the palate.
