This wine is pale lemon in colour with green highlights. On the nose, it has abundant aromas of ripe citrus fruit. The palate shows refreshing acidity, interesting mineral characters, a light hint of ripe apple and a final burst of zingy lemon to lift the finish. This is a beautifully balanced wine, with a soft mouthfeel that retains a wonderful lifted, fresh character.
