As with most Champagnes, this is usually enjoyed as an aperitif or as a celebratory wine. However, a wine of this quality will also match brilliantly with a wide range of dishes including gravadlax terrine and saffron-flavoured dishes.

TASTING NOTE:

Made from two thirds Pinot Noir and one third Chardonnay, this displays inviting aromas of baked apples and peaches interwoven with buttery brioche. Rich mouth-feel with fantastic acidity and trademark Lallier vinosity. Excellent, clean, crisp and long finish.
