This wine matches well with roast red meats and game; also, to be appreciated on its own. It’s advised to be served at temperature of 18°C.

TASTING NOTE:

The wine is characterised by a clear and intense ruby red colour. The aroma is full and persistent and is characterised by hints of mature dark fruit, spices and a slight smoky finish. On the palate is concentrated and elegant with supple tannins.
