It has ruby red in colour with enticing aromas of red berry fruits. The palate is round with subtle flavours of raspberries and other red fruits. The wine is well balanced and the tannins smooth and approachable. It goes well with rack of lamb with red-currant wine sauce, beef steaks with peppercorn sauce, lemon-coriander game hens or even seared tuna pepper steaks.
