This is a serious drop which complements many dishes, white meats, fish and salads.

TASTING NOTE:

Very pale in colour, similar to oeil-de-perdrix (partridge eye) a description most used of delicate pink Swiss wines. The nose is extraordinarily youthful, despite its years, taut with very pure focused, decisive yet attenuated orchard fruit, with pink grapefruit zest and considerable limestone, mineral grip.
