TASTING NOTE:
the tasting of the 2014 Arbois Savagnin was the first biological wine, aged under flor. It is produced with grapes grown on clay, mainly Triassic soils, from young vines and aged under a veil of yeasts for 32 months with a good balance between fruit and the development of the flor.
