FOOD MATCHING NOTE:

An excellent partner for full flavoured starters, fresh goats cheese (especially Sicilian!) or rich seafood. In Sicilian cuisine it is paired with oranges, fennel and anchovy salad, stuffed sardines, spaghetti with seafood, lobster or pasta with Trepan 'pesto'.

TASTING NOTE:

This wine is pale straw yellow in colour. On the nose, it has aromas of zagara flower and citrus fruit with a hint of thyme. The palate is fresh and zesty with good minerality and great finish.
