The richness and depth of this champagne make it excellent with fuller seafood dishes like lobster, but it is also an excellent aperitif.

TASTING NOTE:

The 2007 vintage is light gold colour with delicate beads of fine bubbles. The nose has a distinct lemony freshness. On the palate, there are pronounced citrus flavours, a creamy mousse enhances the mouthfeel. The finish is lively with hints of white peach and Mirabelle plum.
