Ideally enjoyed at the beginning or in the middle of a meal as a delicious accompaniment to white meats. It is perfect with blanquette of veal.

TASTING NOTE:

Pale yellow colour with bright fine bubbles. On the nose it is elegant and fresh and light. Slightly vegetal, it is extremely flowery and has tealeaf aromas. On the palate, this wine is initially harmonious and lively, then fruity with flavours of white peaches, kiwi and mango. On the finish it has great finesse and length.
