TASTING NOTE:
Very subtle pink colour, obtained through light skin maceration. The nose is slightly herbaceous, with aromas of rocket and rosehip, and a hint of cucumber. Very fresh and scented on the palate, and very creamy. Quite dry and textured, with just a hint of tannin from the skins and a lovely wild strawberry flavour.
