TASTING NOTE:
A classic method sparkling wine with a very fine and persistent effervescence. Perfumed aromas of apple and white peach, combine with buttery, brioche notes. Delicate hints of pineapple and lemon add to the complexity. The palate is soft, velvety and textured, and beautifully balanced by a refreshing vein of acidity. The subtle citrus finish notably prolongs the persistence.
