A nicely rounded full-bodied wine that would pair brilliantly with Pork, Rich fish (salmon, tuna etc), Shellfish or Mild and soft cheese.

TASTING NOTE:

A lovely straight forward Champagne with a good dose of refreshing citrus and acidity mixed in with some nice toasty and nutty flavours, this bottle delivered a great balance of forward fruit and springy bubbles with an aged backdrop. Developed nicely in the glass with air.
