This Champagne displays a beautiful straw color and fine bubbles. The Nose is fresh with citrus fruits, straw, freshly baked breads combined fine and yeast.The palate is strong and spicy with a pleasant zest and some creaminess which bring out the flavor of peaches with a little buttery taste on the finish.
