TASTING NOTE: 

Very fine bubbles spiral upwards, through this 

brilliant yellow straw coloured wine. The bouquet 

of apricot, yeast and ripe apple, with hints of 

honey, are followed by tropical fruits on the palate 

and a refreshing sweet grapefruit finish.
