The wine is an ideal accompaniment of roast meat and fish as well as of a rich main pasta dish. 

TASTING NOTE: 

Ripe aromas of concentrated berries rise out of the glass. This dark purple wine has scents of currants and ripe blackberries with a hint of oak on the nose. In the mouth is explosive, sun baked fruit flavours mingle with slight herbaceousness and French oak for a powerful burst of flavour which last in the mouth. The finish on this wine is surprisingly long with lasting notes of plum and spices.
