It is very enjoyable as an apéritif and an ideal 

match for seafood and in particular for oriental 

food seasoned with curry and ginger. 

Furthermore, it is a perfect complement to 

cheeses or just by itself as a refreshing glass 

instead of dessert. 

TASTING NOTE: 

Brilliant colour slight straw yellow colour. Spices 

and perfumed aromas on the nose. The palate 

offers cinnamon, lychee and flavours. Clean crisp 

acidity and long elegant finish.
