FOOD MATCHING NOTE:

Fantastic drinking on the terrace under the summer sun, but this also has a minerality which teases the taste buds and cries out for food. Excellent with clean, direct dishes - i.e. better with grilled fish with a lemon wedge, than with fried fish in a buttery sauce.

TASTING NOTE:

Bright and pale lemon yellow in the glass with an enticing minerality on the nose followed up with crunchy green apple, camomile and lemons.  You can feel fresh attack on the palate leading into a fresh and crisp finish.
