Manzanilla, La Goya Sherry, 37.5 cl

Manzanilla sherries age in the soleras for at least 3 years (often more) before release developing complex aromas and flavours. The 'La Goya' is a fine example showing a pale straw colour with flecks of green. Aromas of almond and sea salt abound and finish with a palate of flor yeast and salted nuts. Amazing value.
