FOOD MATCHING NOTE:

Store on its side at 16ºC. Drink with walnuts, blue veined and other richly flavoured cheeses. So too are dried fruits such as apricots or figs.

TASTING NOTE:

Deep purple/black color. Pungent jammy fruit on the nose - compote of cherry and black plum. Again wonderfully plump, luscious jammy fruit coming through on the mouth. Fleshy, rich, rounded. A hint of liquorice. Smooth tannins and good volume and balance. Nice length with a succulent, lingering finish.
