Once opened, keep in a cool place and consume within four to six weeks. The complexity and balance of this sherry could only be achieved through hundreds of years of sherry making experience. Best enjoyed slightly chilled at about 15–17ºC.

TASTING NOTE:

Deep amber/ochre fading to a rusty orange hue. Extraordinary nose of crème brulée, citrus peel, maple syrup, almonds, figs and raisins. Sweet and rich on the palate with vibrant acidity and flavours of candied fruit, citrus, apricot, dried figs and toffee.
