FOOD MATCHING NOTE:

excellent aperitif and can be used in a number of cocktails, including the famous Port Tonic. The flavours are particularly enhanced by the addition of a twist of lemon or a mint leaf.

TASTING NOTE:

Offley White Port has an attractive yellow-straw hue. Intense aromatics are dominated by floral notes as well as ripe apricot, peach and marmalade. Some nutty complexity comes from its time in oak, which also adds richness to the body. On the palate, there is excellent balance between acidity and sweetness, culminating in a lingering and elegant finish.
