Perfect match with sweet desserts, such as apple pie with cinnamon or almond cake, chocolate cake, dried figs cake. Also salty, dry, hard cheeses, such as Parmesan, cheddar, Comté and Pecorino. Serve slightly chilled.

TASTING NOTE:

An intensely, bright tawny colour with shades of brick red. The aroma is elegant and complex, combining ripe fruit and nuts, with hints of vanilla and raisins.It is full-bodied with a tremendous length. Serve chilled in a Jancis Robinson wine glass to allow the perfumes to express themselves.
