FOOD MATCHING NOTE:

 It is an excellent accompaniment to many desserts. It combines well with flavours of figs, almonds and caramel. It is an excellent compliment for a crème brulée or a plate of wild strawberries. It may also be appreciated on its own, at the end of the meal, with walnuts or dried fruit, and can be served cool in the summer.

TASTING NOTE:

A bright tawny colour in the glass. The nose has a massive bouquet of vanilla, spice, and honey. The palate is a mouthful of spiced dried fruits and roasted nuts. The wine unfolds smoothly and reveals a superb balance of wood ageing and vibrant fruits. Serve chilled in a Jancis Robinson wine glass to allow the perfumes to express themselves.
