Pale & Dry XO : 

The bouquet is long and intense. Enticingly perfumed and richly fragrant with fruity notes of apricot and citrus followed by vanilla “rancio”. On the palate Pale & Dry is full, mellow and deeply mature. Intense fruitiness gives way to a subtle but lingering sensation of liquorice. The finish is exquisitely balanced, each characteristic is perfectly matched by its exact opposite; it is a cognac for the connoisseur.

Vesper : 

The bouquet displays notes of underwood, vineshoot and vanilla “rancio”. The palate is mellow and round in its full, ripe and powerful maturity. The finish is satiny smooth and caressingly soft.

Très Vénéré :

The nose is exuberant despite its venerable age; intense and assertive aromas, yet so tender, as to be irresistible. On the palate Le Très Vénéré is full, mellow and deeply mature. Intense fruitiness gives way to a subtle but linger-ing sensation of liquorice. The finish is exquisitely balanced, each characteristic is perfectly matched by its exact opposite; it is a cognac for the connoisseur.
