On the nose theres pleasing forward juniper, with savoury herbal notes of dill and fresh fennel, closing with cedar wood. Whilst on the palate this is smooth and rounded in the mouth with entertaining bright fresh mint and fennel, then a spicy warmth of cardamom and pepper, closing with hints of soft citrus sweetness. On the finish, long dry and warming.
