This sweet wine would be ideal with foie gras and a perfect match with blue cheese. It is also very nice with Tarte Tatin.

TASTING NOTE:

In the glass, this wine is a light lemon colour with light green tinges. It opens with aromas of citrus, lifted by pear and green mango. The citrus notes continue in the mouth, accompanied by cooked apple and some stone fruits. The finish is elegant and refreshing.
