FOOD MATCHING NOTE: 

Grilled quail with wilted cabbage slaw, grilled flank steak with sautéed portabella and cremini mushrooms, grilled lamb shanks with a summer savoury mustard marinade.

TASTING NOTE:

The Latour-a-Pomerol has a more backward nose compared to its peers. Natural blackberry and raspberry fruit, wild hedgerow with subtle dried herb notes emerging with time in the glass. There is a gravel-like note one normally associated with La Grave-a-Pomerol. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins on the entry.
