This fantastically well balanced and complex wine would be a great accompaniment with oast grouse, pheasant, partridge as well as high quality farmed meats such as guineafowl and goose.

TASTING NOTE:

Deep crimson red colour. Aromas of plum and mulberry and toasty oak. Sweet peppery berry and light plum flavours flow through to a medium weight palate, with some vanilla bean and oak influences, finishing with some slight astringency and vinosity.
