TASTING NOTE:

Jet plum and opaque, the colour announces a serious wine yet the nose is fresh and upbeat, much brighter than suggested by the wine's appearance and texture, clinging to the glass. The purity is exemplary, so precise, with almost citric focus so that the enormity of the palate is once again a surprise. Hugely powerful the tannins are nonetheless extremely fine-grained and the finish reveals electric intensity and freshness.
