Grilled quail with wilted cabbage slaw, grilled flank steak with sautéed portabella and cremini mushrooms, grilled lamb shanks with a summer savoury mustard marinade.

TASTING NOTE:

Dominant black fruit nose with some blueberries and cassis. Mid-weight on the palate with ripe, juicy brambly fruit and black currant puree. Lovely smooth complexity on a multi-layered, elegant mid-palate with good balance, soft, ripe tannins and an almost velvety cassis finish. Good wine. 32% Merlot, 62% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6% Petit Verdot.
