This fantastically well balanced and complex wine would be a great accompaniment with beef fillet with black pepper sauce.

TASTING NOTE:

Dark crimson, very fragrant nose on violet, fresh blueberry at first, then olives, meaty notes. The attack is focused, the tannins are integrated, the juice delivers black fruits with a nicely integrated oak, olive tapenade, blackcurrant. Acidity underpins and balances the experience, there is no heaviness. Good finish.
