Its fragrance of violets and roses contrasts elegantly with dissected spices, liquorice and herbs, against a seductive background of earthy, smoky and mineral notes. Vibrant acidity and finely structured tannins, conveniently balanced by a velvety texture and calcareous potency. A young and energetic wine, of great character, which will gain in harmony and integration after a good aging in bottle.
