TASTING NOTE:
The 2013 Corimbo I has a high layer with a red background and trim. The nose is very deep black fruit with some red flashes. There are notes of aromatic herbs and you feel the shade of the pine forest on a cool day. The nose is nice and harmonious with the freshness of the vintage evident in the aromatic profile. It has good volume, perhaps lighter due to the characteristics of the vintage. The tannin is very good, and the mouthfeel is long and cool. The aftertaste is very fresh and pleasant. The fineness of the tannin is surprising and denotes a fresher and longer style than its ancestors due to the influence of a colder and wetter year. It is a pleasure to feel such a wine in such a difficult vintage.
