Grilled quail with wilted cabbage slaw, grilled flank steak with sautéed portabella and cremini mushrooms, grilled lamb shanks with a summer savoury mustard marinade.

TASTING NOTE:

Dense, dark ruby colour. The nose offers that characteristic Lagrange perfume of bright, dark, inky black fruit, almost crunchy (yes, I know a nose cannot be crunchy). The palate mirrors the smell with beautifully fresh density, an intense juiciness, chewy but supple structure and fine length.
