Perfect companion to lamb, roasted vegetables such as aubergines and peppers. Also pork shoulder with a spicy sauce.

TASTING NOTE:

The Cornas is deep purple in colour with a ripe and spicy nose of cherry and raspberry. On the palate, the tannins are smooth but structured with flavours of roasted nuts and pepper complementing the dark fruit on the finish.
