An ageing potential of at least 12 -15 years with careful cellaring. Will match well with classic beef bourguignon or a hearty mixed mushroom risotto.

TASTING NOTE:
Brick red in colour with youthful crimson hues. Aromas of red fruits, cigar box, tight cedary oak and hints of garden mint seductively combine on the nose. The palate features the flavours of blackcurrants, red fruits and chocolates, well supported by subtle oak chariness and fine grained tannins in a lingering and satisfying finish.
