A marvellous companion to vegetable and smoked flavors, such as those of wild mushrooms and truffles. Combines nicely with subtly spiced dishes and unsmoked, medium-cured soft cheeses.

TASTING NOTE:

This wine is intense garnet red in colour. On the nose, there are pronounced aromas of cranberries, prunes and dried apricots. On the palate, the red fruits are intertwined with spicy notes of cinnamon, raisin and vanilla. It is a full-bodied wine with smooth tannins and a long finish.
